We liked our whole stay at Hanoi Hotel Royal, the receptionist was very good in all aspects, the food was great, the room were clean. Highly recommended, the staff even let as check in so early, we arrived at 7am and he let us check in even our real time booking is 1pm. He even offer us to leave luggage after our check out after he knew that our sleeper bus going to Sapa is at 10pm. Great service!

Este hotel elegante ofrece vistas al famoso lago Hoan Kiem y dispone de recepción 24 horas, TV de pantalla plana y wifi gratis en todas las zonas. The staff is extremely nice, they help with any question, even not connected with the hotel. They help with finding the right places, attractions, taxi, everything. They even booked a massage place in a second. The room was clean and the location is great, close to almost all places to visit.

Excelente ubicación, perfecto para ir caminando a la mayoría de los lugares de interés. Esta en pleno centro pero en la habitación no se siente el ruido. El desayuno correcto. El personal muy amable. La cama súper cómoda. Los recomendamos.
