Tourist town An Thuong is 300 meters from the hotel. Cham Museum is 3.4 km away, while Song Han Bridge to downtown is 4.2 km from the hotel. Da Nang International Airport is 10 km away. Sea Phoenix Hotel was a great choice for my trip to Da Nang. Just a short 3-minute walk to My Khe Beach and close to the An Thuong area with lots of restaurants and cafes. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and had both Asian and Western options. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooftop pool and bar had an amazing view of the city and ocean — perfect for relaxing. Great value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again!

Fantastic view from the fifth floor corner room. Sunrise and sea view to the east and sunset and city view to the northwest. Staff super friendly. Stayed at the Chu Hotel for two weeks and it was just perfect.
