All rooms come with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. This was probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in during my lifetime. The layout of the room and facilities and features that were in the room couldnt have been better. The staff were exceptional and no requests were too large or too small. The little touches like excellent coffee on tap with an honesty bar, croissants etc. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will use it whenever I get back to NYC. Oh yes the location was perfect

The room was very clean and spacious, there was plenty of tea and coffee that was refilled every day and the hotel was generally very quiet. The neighbourhood is quiet but with many cool bars and restaurants a short walk away in Greenpoint or Williamsburg, and good bakeries and bagel places around the corner. The subway is 10 minutes walk away.

Guests can enjoy proximity to Madison Square Park. This hotel was a real oasis in NYC; room was beautiful with a view on the Empire! Clean, great towels, great bathroom and even more great toiletries. The snack on the day of arrival, coffee and tea maker and fresh bottles of water every day was just what we needed and it made our staying there perfect. Not to mention the bed and the pillows - amazing! We slept divinley. Offcourse the location is also perfect. Thank you for such a good care of your guests dear Broadway Plaza Hotel!

A continental breakfast is served every morning at this Manhattan property. Concierge services are available on site. Perfect location, super nice hotel. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast is great (if you like fresh croissants). If in Manhattan I would definitely come back.

Each of the spacious and contemporary rooms at The Mercer has high ceilings and is equipped with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The marble bathroom includes a walk-in shower with body sprays. Video game systems are available upon request. I was pleasantly surprised by the Mercer. The staff are definitely the highlight (shout out to Joshua) in how friendly and helpful they are. It’s nice that the lobby is just for guests. The room was spacious and they welcomed me with a cookie from Laduree! You can also book a small gym room to work out in, or go to the partner gym if you want something more elaborate. Location is excellent too.
