First of all the hotel team is just wonderful, especially Jay that has been absolutely adorable with us, that made us feel at home, besides being more than helpful with all the advices to make our stay even more interesting and helping us around to get more memories. She has been professional and really sweet with us. We even had a problem during our stay by forgetting our phone into a cab, and she managed to contact the agency and got it back delivered to the hotel. We can't thank you enough for making our stay so unforgettable. The hotel is clean, with daily changes of the linen , very clean swimming pool. The breakfast was rich and very tasty, I would recommend the pineapple pancakes. The location: rawai is a quiet area enough for you to relax, but there are plenty of restaurants and activities nearby for you to enjoy the Thailand spirit. Also, the free shuttle provided by the hotel was really good and allowed you to enjoy amazing spots around the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here and would surely come back

Surrounded in a private natural tropical garden, The Mangrove Phuket by Blu Monkey is in front of the sea with a view of Chalong Bay. Everything, the staff were absolutely brilliant, food was great, lovely views, and the overall hotel was very clean

If you are there to train and relax, it’s the perfect place for you. The staff is amazing! They make awesome juices, proteins shakes, coffee… Everything is just perfect. The rooms are nice, clean, confortable. I spend one week there and then I had planned to leave for Koh Samui. I left and came back a couple days after because I missed it so much. It felt like home when I came back. Definitely going back next year and spending a whole month there!

Hotel setting and surroundings are beautiful and the design/layout is very relaxing. The villa's are very well equipped and an oasis of calm if you just want to relax in your room. Staff are incredibly attentive and helpful. Genuinely looking to improve your stay. We had an issue one morning caused by the hotel but the manager found us later on and apologised and sorted everything out, including some complimentary items - he completely defused the issue. The retention rates for staff is very high at the hotel and it's clear the staff enjoy working there. Food was really very good. Three varied restaurants with very good food. The Treehouse (Japanese) was excellent, but book in advance. The hotel may seem pricey at the outset but it's worth it. There is a reason why there are virtually no bad reviews.
