Helped to arrange tours and made sure their stay was as comfortable as possible. Lovely room with peace and quiet the hotel despite looking over the main square. Mam loved the balcony and looking at the views. Overall, great service even leading up to the trip. Thank you!

I wanted an appartment right outside to airport to avoid hussle of trying to find the hotel and this hotel is right outside the airport gates. I found my way easy to the bus station and had a chance to go downtown on my single night stay.

Apartments at Topolowa Residence - LoftAffair Collection feature a seating area and a flat-screen, satellite TV and a safe. Most feature a kitchenette. Featuring a bathrobe, bathrooms also come with a bath or a shower, free toiletries and towels. The rooms were clean, bathroom had a pleasant smell. The room sizes were big and the beds were king size. Beds were a little too soft for us, but we managed. The apartment had everything for a nice stay. A small kitchen and a refrigerator was also there. One great thing is that paid street parking just out side the main gate. We easily got the place to park and you can just buy it on the machine standing there (pay either by card or cash - PLN 6 per hour). The property also has its own provision of parking space but the price is same as the street parking outside. We were better off with hourly paid parking as we went out with the car. Location of the property is nice with just 2 km from the old town. Also, supermarket (carrefour) is just 100 metres away, which was quite handy in the mornings. One of the few properties in the areas with air conditioner and still withing budget.

The bathrooms come with a shower and a hairdryer, and most are decorated with inscriptions of famous quotes. Very nice personal, good location (near train station to Krakow), good breakfast and they have restaurant and Spa too. Price/value 10 points. What could be better near Krakow?!

Floors are heated and the bathroom is fitted with a shower and free toiletries. Amazing breakfast, design interior very pleasant and appealing, interesting technology implemented. Oh yes and free coffee that was actually pretty decent.

The apartment includes a separate bedroom and a kitchenette to cook in. Guests can enjoy their meals in the dining area and there is a sofa to relax on. We had a wonderful time in Relaks Apartamenty, the people of Relaks were so customer-friendly and so kind to us. They arranged the transfers from the airport to the apartment and vice versa and they also organised a trip to Auschwitz for us. The location of the apartment was perfect, just a short walk to the center of the city. And there is a very nice garden with a small restaurant. We can recommend Relaks Apartamenty to every one who is planning to visit Krakow.
