Free facilities include Wi-Fi, a top-floor relaxation area with sauna as well as a light evening buffet and afternoon waffles. The location was perfect, the hotel was renovated, we had breakfast, Fika and dinner included and the place feels warm and friendly. The views of the bay are incredible. We loved everything.

Talking about the place indeed I can say that everything was clean, well done at the room and their breakfast has a lot to choose, what I loved too was that when we arrived to check in at the Hotel they also give us a welcome meal for dinner, I was not expecting that, and the soup 🍜 of carrots and ginger was very delicious 😋. Thank you guys was an amazing stay, very recommend!!!

For the days I stayed in Tromsø, it was the hotel with the lowest price/quality option in the city centre as far as I remember. Everything was good despite the hotel being a low-cost property. The hotel's location is decent: it's on a high street of the Tromsøya Island and almost all landmarks of the city are within walking distance from the hotel. If you really feel tired of walking, it's easy to use public transport, and the hotel is already very close to downtown and there are some bus stops nearby. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. They serve tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and hot water for free at the reception as well, thus I didn't need to have a kettle tray set with coffee/tea in my room. I would like to thank the receptionists on my last day for keeping my luggage till the evening as well. It's a very smooth process to book a taxi from the hotel to the airport and the taxi quickly arrived. Breakfast was not included in my reservation, but they offered me to register for breakfast at one of the hotels around working under an agreement. I chose Enter Amalie Hotel and their breakfast was very good, especially their cake was notably delicious. My room and its bathroom were clean enough. Owing to the fully opened window and Tromsø's weather which was still remarkably cool in July I could have decent air conditioning in the room. My bed was comfortable. The soap and shower gel in the bathroom were of satisfactory quality. Last but not least, the wireless Internet connection was good.
