Our hotel stay was exceptional, especially in terms of the warm welcome we received. We arrived early in the morning and were granted an early check-in, which allowed our tired kids to rest before we began our day. The staff were incredibly kind and made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. The hotel also offered extra amenities and was conveniently located near the water park and shopping malls. We would definitely return!

Connected to KLIA via a sky bridge, Sama-Sama Hotel KLIA (Landside) with 5 mins walk away to and from KLIA. This 5-star hotel offers guests with complimentary 24-hour buggy service to and from KLIA. Very nice hotel in the KLIA, perfect stay if you have layover. We stayed 1 night, since we have morning flight back home. Comfortable bed, nice shower, good coffee and delicious cakes at the bar.

The room and furnishings were very nice. I was upgraded for free to a 2-bedroom suite, which was wonderful. The bathroom & rooms were very clean and luxurious. I also liked the hotel gym. The location was also good - I walked to the Petronas Towers one day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My clothes got locked in the washing machine one night and staff came up right away to help, which was very much appreciated. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kuala Lumpur and looking for a high quality hotel to relax in.
