They kindly changed my dates, stored my bag, helped me with travel arrangements and useful tips around Tulum. Rooms are spacious, beds are good, showers hot. Coffee maker in the room and hot/cold water refill available. Really, a great choice!

Had lunch couple of times, and it was very good as well. The location has a great variety of restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance.
