It has a terrace with mountain views. This was an amazing experience and GREAT stay! The staff was very friendly and they bent over backwards to help us with anything we needed.

Guests can enjoy panoramic views on the rooftop terrace and relax in the Moroccan lounge. Breakfast was excellent, typical Moroccan. The staff was very professional and guided us to several key points in the medina, without asking us for tips. Also, the riad was very quiet and clean, which was helpful for us since we had a baby. The room was perfect. The interior is staggering and very well maintained.

Set within Fes Medina, Dar Attajalli offers traditional Moroccan décor, a rooftop terrace with views of the Medina and a fountain. The spice, antique and perfume Bazaar is only a 3-minute walk away. Free Wi-Fi access is provided. Staff were excellent. They arranged a English speaking guide for me and guide was excellent as well. For first time travelers staying in the Medina, get a guide for half a day. They show you all main parts of the Medina without getting lost, getting lost is part of the experience but to get most out your time. This isn't about Dar Attajalli itself but the experience of staying in the Medina. Due the Median having very narrow streets, cars can't drive to the Riad directly. Taxi takes you as close as possible to the Riad, from there a Porter in a buggy with take you and your luggage to the Riad. Since I had just arrived in Morocco, I didn't have small change, the staff paid the Porter and upon leaving when I tried to pay back, the staff didn't accept the fee for the Porter. You can approach him with any concerns, he speaks perfect English and is very open-minded and personable. I have never stayed in an accommodation with such service before. The rest of the staff is also extremely friendly and accommodating, making you feel at home. The riad itself has been lovingly restored, clean, the beds are wonderful, you sleep very well and it is completely quiet. The food is excellent, a Moroccan cook cooks herself and both dinner and breakfast are very, very good. The location is also ideal and the owner will work out a perfect route for you to explore the city on your own. If you come to Fes you definitely have to book here!!
