The room was perfect. The interior is staggering and very well maintained.

Set within Fes Medina, Dar Attajalli offers traditional Moroccan décor, a rooftop terrace with views of the Medina and a fountain. The spice, antique and perfume Bazaar is only a 3-minute walk away. Free Wi-Fi access is provided. Staff were excellent. They arranged a English speaking guide for me and guide was excellent as well. For first time travelers staying in the Medina, get a guide for half a day. They show you all main parts of the Medina without getting lost, getting lost is part of the experience but to get most out your time. This isn't about Dar Attajalli itself but the experience of staying in the Medina. Due the Median having very narrow streets, cars can't drive to the Riad directly. Taxi takes you as close as possible to the Riad, from there a Porter in a buggy with take you and your luggage to the Riad. Since I had just arrived in Morocco, I didn't have small change, the staff paid the Porter and upon leaving when I tried to pay back, the staff didn't accept the fee for the Porter. Stayed Dec 14 - Dec 17, 2023.

Riad Rcif and Spa is an oasis in Fes. The best Riad of our entire Morocco trip. The owner goes out of his way to give guests all kinds of helpful tips on how to travel well in Morocco. He also tells you a lot of interesting historical details about Fes and the other cities in Morocco. You can approach him with any concerns, he speaks perfect English and is very open-minded and personable. I have never stayed in an accommodation with such service before. The rest of the staff is also extremely friendly and accommodating, making you feel at home. The riad itself has been lovingly restored, clean, the beds are wonderful, you sleep very well and it is completely quiet. The food is excellent, a Moroccan cook cooks herself and both dinner and breakfast are very, very good. Excellent location close to Talaa Kbira (main street) but at the same time hidden in a quiet tiny alley. Great breakfast served on rooftop by an amazing chef. Beautiful & authentic interior design, with a nice lovely view over Old Fes from the rooftop.
Muhammed was incredibly welcoming, he showed us the property, told us about Fes and made us a great breakfast. The riad had a lovely interior design, the breakfast layout was great (you all have breakfast together) and the beds were very xomfortable!
The riad was beautiful. the design and tile work was stunning and the outdoor area with the pool was wonderful. We were offered Moroccan food on the menu and the Pastilla with fruit was delicious. the atmosphere was one of a kind. the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and lovely. the women working there were very helpful, friendly and kind. Very friendly and impeccable service. The property is gorgeous ! The moroccan gastronomy is very refined in the beautifully designed restaurant with stunning 360 views of the Medina. Our suite was amazingly gorgeous mixing a traditional stylish design with high luxury comfort. The property is full of magnificent artworks. The breakfast is a delight. The spa pools are the most impressive I have seen anywhere. 5 star luxury at its very best !
