Our stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The service was incredibly friendly and warm, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean and spacious, with no complaints whatsoever. We were lucky to have a room with a stunning view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was also very accommodating to our requests, such as allowing us to order room service even after it had officially closed. Additionally, late check-in would have been possible if there had been availability, which showed their flexibility and great customer service. The food at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced. The breakfast, in particular, was outstanding and, in our opinion, the best of our entire trip. A special mention goes to the servers at breakfast, who were exceptionally kind and warm-hearted. The internet connection worked exceptionally well, which deserves a special mention, as it made it easy to stay connected throughout our stay. The location was excellent, right in the city centre. While it’s situated on a hill, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues, it was no problem for us. In fact, we appreciated the elevated position as it provided beautiful views from both our room and the hotel’s rooftop terrace. Overall, our experience was fantastic. We traveled as a mother and an adult son, and we felt incredibly welcomed throughout our stay. We are already planning to return and would highly recommend this hotel to others!

El Planters Bunglow es un establecimiento ecológico de estilo boutique, está ubicado en Ella y dispone de piscina al aire libre. También hay WiFi gratuita en las zonas comunes. Alojamiento precioso y tranquilo. Buenas instalaciones. Nos dejaron mejorar nuestra habitación porque tenían poca ocupación sin costo alguno. La habilitación era muy bonita y con increíbles vistas. Destaco también la amabilidad del personalidad. Genial todo

El The Pinnacle Ella tiene vistas al paisaje natural y ofrece alojamiento moderno y tranquilo con conexión Wi-Fi gratuita en las zonas comunes. I had a great experience at The Pinnacle Ella. The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking, one of the highlights of my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also had lunch at the hotel, and really enjoyed the food. I had read some reviews mentioning issues with the Wi-Fi, but during my stay, it worked perfectly fine. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ella.

Located atop the Ella-pass, Ravana Heights stands 1000 m above sea level. Offering picture perfect panoramic views of the Ella Gap and Ella Rock. Rooms overlook the surrounding mountains and Ella... This place is NOT a 1-star hotel, it’s more of a 4 star hotel with 5 star service. The caretaker ladies are the sweetest and are wonderful cooks! We spent 4 beautiful days here and had an amazing time. Clean and comfortable beds, hot water, good wifi. The owner is very talkative and well spoken, and the ladies are up at the crack of dawn to serve delicious pancakes and if you ask nicely, dinner and lunch as well. Just outside of town where it’s quieter, and compared to others, not that steep of a walk to town. Great views of Ella Rock. Must stay! Thanks again.
