When we arrived we were met by a pleasant personnel, serving warm cloths and tea. The english knowledge of the staff was wonderful, and they were super helpful and they did all they could to make us feel welcomed during the whole stay. Moreover, the hotel is not only a hotel, it’s also a tea factory and a museum. It was a very unique experience, we would definitely recommend it for everyone coming to Nuwara Eliya wanting a real experience in the tea making progress. We will come back!

Good location and just nearby the famous Grand Hotel and Victoria Park and has a path to visit. Hill Club is a historical building and worth you spend one-hour to walk around and insight. Room is comfortable, breakfast is good, price-performance ratio is better than Grand Hotel as you can spend high tea and visit the garden there from Hill Club. Staff is kind and helpful. Highly Recommended!
