The staff is AMAZING! So polite, sweet and charming! They are so sweet and they take care of the messages one sends through Booking! Taka took a picture of us and he was kind enough to get a picture with my husband, and they were the nicest people taking care of us!! We felt at home here and we will surely come back when in Tokyo!
