Free Wi-Fi is available at the entire property and guests can enjoy looking out into the traditional garden. Ueno Station is a 15-minute walk away. Very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. We had the traditional room which was very ample and comfortable. We enjoyed having the possibility to have breakfast (with different great options). Personal speak perfect English and are very helpful in answering our questions

Everything especially the books and reading nooks. The kind staff and free coffee. The special drinks for the holiday and well thought out room while small was so well designed it felt larger than it was.

They were able to help arrange last minute restaurant reservations. A 10 all round. Location is super. Not crowded, loads of restaurant options and only 15 minutes walk to Akihabara, Imperial Palace

Complimentary WiFi is available. We loved the onsen! The food was such high quality and beautifully presented.
