Everything there looks well maintained although the building is old. It is worth a mention that I lost my passport when I went to somewhere else, but the staffs help me a lot find it back immediately. They even gave me a drive to the police. The staff of this hotel are very touching and grateful.

Check-in was very clear and detailed, and our room had a stunning view of the lake and Fuji — absolutely beautiful! The location was excellent, and the traditional Japanese breakfast was both delicious and a memorable experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and even felt a bit sad that we didn’t have an extra day there. Highly recommended!
