Sobre todo el personal, son muy amables y agradables. También, aunque el desayuno está incluido, nosotras tuvimos que abandonar el hotel antes de que abrieran el buffet, y nos facilitaron una breakfast box que pudimos llevar con nosotras.

El Hotel Concord se encuentra a 100 metros de Porta Nuova, a pocos pasos de la zona comercial peatonal de Turín. Excellent location just few steps from main railway station, alongside one of the main high streets at Turin. Front desk was efficient and helpful, I was able to do check in before arrival, our room was ready even we arrived a bit earlier than estimated. Room was clean, quiet and warm, looks that was renovated recently. Includes all the necessities plus few extra additions. Most positive surprise was breakfast. we got feeling that high quality, local ingredients have been used and variety was huge (e.g. cheese). I can truly recommend this hotel based our very positive experience.

Great place to stay with a very love host available in Whatsapp. Not very far from the main station, pretty calm area (only trams from time to time, but they don't bother), the apartment is super-cozy, I felt how much love was out into it! NOTE: you will need to leave the city tax that is about 2 euros, have euro coins with you.

The location is perfect, the room spotless, and the homemade breakfast ( with the cakes of his wife) was a delight. We are already dreaming of coming back.
