From their beautfiul oasis of a property with every facility you could need my sister and I had an amazing staycation at the Taj Malabar. We were only there for one night, but the staff made us feel so very welcome - and I mean every single staff member we encoutered! We had fabulous food with a made-on-request item at breakfast from Chef Sunil, great service at the restaurant from Alex and Dinesh, Latheef gave us amazing information about their garden and plants, Jasmine gave us a warm welcome and a great boat tour. There was an out of this world floral arrangement at the entrance and we were given an extensive overview of how that beauty comes together. We really enjoyed our stay overall but the staff made it extra special. The room in and of itself had a great view (501) and was impeccably decorated, with a smart TV. Super comfy bed and sheets - as with all hotels in the Taj family.

Wyoming Heritage está ubicado a 4,4 km de Lago Ooty y ofrece alojamiento con un jardín, salón compartido y servicio a la habitación para tu comodidad. Es un resort en una ladera boscosa junto al núcleo. El lugar es muy bonito, al igual que el edificio, vestigio de tiempos coloniales. El trato de los propietarios es familiar, encantador sin compadreos. El desayuno es opíparo. Los desplazamientos al centro urbano se pueden hacer en rickshaw, que los mismos propietarios convocan por teléfono. No resulta un inconveniente, ni mucho menos.

I gave tip to the staff after luggage delivery. Surprisingly he refused to take it and said, we are professionals. I like their attitude. Then I order food for lunch for us and milk for baby. When the bill came, milk charge was not added and I inform them about it. But they said, milk is free. We went to tirumala early in the morning and we had to checkout at 12.00 in the noon. But we couldn’t arrive on time due to the que and walk for the mobile phone counter and then to take Chappels. So we got to the hotel around 1.40pm only. They had called us in between and informed us about the checkout. Even we delayed , they didn’t add any late checkout fees. Overall the stay was hassle free. Staffs were sensible and professionals. We believe hotel management trained their staffs really well. Overall they keep a good standard of communication
