Great location with true hospitality from check-in to check-out. The grand deluxe room was very specious and quiet with an incredible central view. Loved to end a hectic day by taking a bath in the free standing bathtub at the window front watching the busy traffic at Bundaran HI outside. The breakfast buffet was great & OKU served excellent Japanese food. Thanks to all the friendly staff to make my stay truly amazing.

On top of that the hotel is one of the most amazing places I've ever stayed. A real treasure trove of a place, better than most museums, and this only added to the comfort and enjoyment of our stay. A hotel so good it would be worth going back to Malang just to stay there again.
