This hotel is coveniently located on the main road leading to National Monument and to skyscraper with the observatory on the 99th floor. The hotel is also connected to the Indonesia mall which was also super convenient. The room on the 15th floor was super tidy and spacious, we also had a nice view of the roundabout and the fountain on the road! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of food offered. The staff was friendly and really attentive. Highly recommended stay!

Room was superb cleaned and linen were fresh and clean. All the staff were amazing from front office to restaurant to housekeeping. At the main entrance door Mr. MIFTAH is very professional and charming guy. Always greeting everyone with big smile and ready to help. He is your gem team member. Staff are very warm and welcoming Facilities are clean I normally get very tired of staying in a hotel for many days on work trips but this one was different, I really felt I could stay there longer and will definitely go back again.

Habitación, amplia y cómoda. Camas confortables. Todo muy limpio. Pedimos servicio de masaje en el hotel, ya que nos dolía todo después del largo viaje y también muy recomendable. El personal atento y muy amable.

Wow wow and wow, really enjoyed my stay at ARTOTEL and its perks. Prime location (right behind Sarinah Mall, which is a really impressive mall); artistic (has a mini art gallery); Double Chins restaurants have excellent food and cocktails, and BART (the rooftop bar) does very good cocktails, too (Guava Negroni is a must try!); comfortable and very clean room: I stayed in a Studio which offers big bed, artistic desk (with artistic chair and lamp), minibar, well-equipped bathroom. Thanks to the extremely helpful and professional staff at ARTOTEL, too. Honestly, nothing to complain. I will stay here again for sure if I come back to Jakarta.

El Fraser Residence Menteng Jakarta goza de una ubicación estratégica en el centro de Yakarta y ofrece una piscina al aire libre, una sala de vapor y una sauna. El hotel está fenomenal, cogimos el estudio que era una habitación grande con cocina (microondas, nevera, fregadero, vitrocerámica) y un baño con bañera y ducha. La cama era enorme y muy cómoda y tiene unos ventanales muy bonitos. El internet iba bien. El hotel tiene de todo, piscina, sauna, gimnasio y zona de spa para masajes. Los precios de los masajes son caros. También nos encantó el desayuno, tipo buffet, con múltiples opciones locales e internacionales, dulces y saladas. Comimos en el restaurante y todo lo que probamos nos gustó mucho. El personal del hotel muy amable y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. Limpieza buena.
