And mostly: privacy and peace. Our hosts even arranged a good rent-a-car price for us and pick up at the hotel. They recommended many good tavernas and restaurants with traditional food and sunset spots as well. If you go to Ios, stay in Sea Breeze Hotel, you won't regret it! We are definitely coming back. 🙂

Featuring tiled floors and simple, Cycladic design, all units have a fridge. They also include a private bathroom with shower. This is one of the best family run hotels we have stayed. Upon our arrival at the port Dimitri, the owners son, picked us up and drove us to the hotel and also dropped us off when leaving. The family are extremely welcoming, warm and always want to help you. The room was beautiful, clean, modern and bed was comfortable The shower was great, big and cleaned everyday. The hotel is about 5-8 minutes walk to the port and beach and the view from the hotel was beautiful. The owners Niko and Roula were very helpful and welcoming always chatting to us and ensuring we have everything. Their sons Konstantinos and Dimitri were great. The breakfast was extremely nice with great variety and tasty. Every day Roula would bake a cake which was delicious. The pool was wow and cleaned everyday. The pool bar was a hit and the pool menu great and priced very well. Stella was amazing always helping us at breakfast and at the pool bar. A great worker. I highly recommend this family hotel.

The airy and bright studios and apartments of the Island House have kitchenette with fridge and bathroom with hairdryer. Safety boxes are available to hire at the reception. All rooms have private balconies, some with sea view. We booked for two days before moving hotel where our family wedding was based. should have stayed here the whole time! Couldn't have been treated better. I hadn't organized a pick from the ferry and when I tried my internet cut out. but to my shock when i got off the ferry, there was a free pick up waiting. We stayed two nights, they drove us to the next hotel with our luggage after we checked out for free. We ended up coming back and staying an other five days after the wedding was done, short walk to the beach and there is a bus that brings you to and from the town for 2 euros. Big pool area, nice breakfast.

If I need to choose I would say that this hotel has two main strengths: Service and outdoor/common area. The staff is amazingly prepared and kind. Breakfast was amazing, by far the best we had during our vacations in Greece this year.
