Room was large with beautiful high ceilings. Shower was great, jacuzzi style included. Breakfast was delicious 😋 Staff were all so lovely and helpful. My friend and I stayed on Saturday 24th May and sorry I have forgotten her name who greeted us at reception. she was amazing, lovely friendly helpful young lady please recognise her and also I saw the young lad when we checked out he also is very pleasant I remembered him from my first visit. So overall fabulous 👍 ✨⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room was clean and very quiet. Despite being on the ground floor we did not realise until we went outside how close it was to the tram as we hadn't heard them from the room. Staff were also super friendly, polite and helpful. Would definitely come back. Good value for money.l

Guests can use the 24-hour onsite fitness centre. Great stay staff were excellent from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Great location kids loved it the breakfast was lovely. Kids loved making there own waffles every morning.

Bespoke cocktails are made by expert mixologists in the bar and there is also an on-site 24-hour fitness centre. There is also free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel. Excellent room and central located for major shopping mall ,bus and train connection. The staff are very co operative. The check in and check out was prompt. The breakfast was buffet and very good.
