The grounds are on loch lomond periphery with outstanding views of the loch. There is a walkway the whole way to the beautiful village of Luss and the hotel The Lodge on The Lough. MacKays is a high-quality, 4-star guest house, which is exclusively for adults. The award-winning property stands out on Oban's beautiful seafront, with uninterrupted views of the busy harbour. Oban's busy town centre is just 15 minutes' walk away. Amazing, wonderful house. Great location and beautiful view. Swift communication with owners. Some extras were provided (yoghurt, cookies, sherry …) which were greatly appreciated. Will definitely go back when in Scotland.

With a 4-star rating from Visit Scotland, the pretty Struan House B&B is found on Tarbert’s peaceful harbour-side. With beautiful views across the water to the hills beyond, Struan House provides free WiFi. The hosts, Mark and Abbey, were fantastic and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great and I highly recommend trying the Mexican porridge.
