All suites also have ocean and pool views. It is perfectly located in Puerto Del carmen. The staff are amazing and cannot do enough to make the trip as enjoyable as possible. The spa treatment was divine. The manager Even went as far as arranging sandwiches for the airport as we had such an early return flight. Special recognition to Jonathon and Sabrina. We will definitely return frequently.

Lovely staff, so helpful and friendly. Antonio and his team work together really well. Nothing was a bother. We had a 1 bedroomed apartment, very well equipped for self catering, lovely comfortable beds, plenty towels, the staff called in every day if only to empty the bin which was super. Apartment sits on the coast. Sound of the sea is fantastic, just what we needed. We are repeat customers and will be back again

Featuring a restaurant, the property also has a terrace, as well as a sauna and a hot tub. The accommodation features evening entertainment and a kids' club. Everything was top. The food is better then 5 star. That was awesome.

Absolutely amazing apartment for the money. The staff are fantastic from the lovely lady in reception to all the cleaners with nothing a problem Already booked for a return in November. Simply the staff made the stay! Presume Monzie is restaurant & bar manager as she was always there and simply lovely to everyone and like wise staff under her just so lovely!
