Located in the heart of upscale quiet residential Providencia, Heidelberg Haus offers self-catering apartments with WiFi in a tranquil area of Santiago. Los Leones metro Station is approximately a 10-minute walk away, and Costanera Centre, Latin America's largest shopping centre, is 1 kilometre away. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect. It is located in a quiet little square, close to all the points of interest in Providencia, a 10 min walk from the Los Leones metro station. The cleanliness is impeccable, there is a 24 hour reception desk, the gate is locked all the time giving a feeling of security. The apartment is spacious, with a comfortable bed, a friendly living room and a balcony overlooking the mountains. The staff and the manager Luciano are all professional, friendly and gave me support in everything I needed. If I return to santiago I will definitely make the same choice for accommodation.

It is just 200 meters from Tobalaba Subway Station and Costanera Center shopping mall. Free WiFi is available in the rooms and in public areas. This my fifth time at the hotel, although it has gone through a name/owner change. The great staff is one aspect, and the location. Great parking for my rented car included.

There is an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by gardens and a cosy restaurant with a terrace. Guests are greeted with a complimentary welcome drink. There are free WiFi and free parking available on site. Wonderful hotel in the hearth of vitacura. The breakfast is amazing, the rooms are spacious and well decorated. The staff is amazing.

We are in the middle of 3 great neighborhoods, each at 10 min walking distance: Bellavista (nightlife), Lastarria (gastronomy) and Barrio Italia (Antiques and design). Santiago’s historic town center is at 30 min walking or 10 min in public transport. Our stay at the hotel was amazing because of the incredible staff. They explained everything, stored our luggage, and gave us a map with tips on what to see and do. The hotel offers great value for the price, with a perfect location for exploring the city. Our room was clean and quiet, thanks to the double glass doors, even though it faced the street. Overall, the staff made our visit perfect, and the hotel was a great place to stay.

This large 3-bedroom apartment features stylish decoration and is equipped with 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, heating, a seating area and a DVD player. There is a full a kitchenette with a microwave and an oven. We stayed six nights at the apartment and really enjoyed our stay there. We were 4 people and used two of the three bedrooms (the third one has a single bed) and the two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to make us breakfast (coffee machine, toaster, water kettle...). The beds were comfy; a few towels were provided. There wasn't any room service but we did not expect that anyway. The apartment is ideally located in the center, close to nearly everything that's interesting. It's also close to a metro station (please be aware of the seriously good pickpockets in Santiago - we lost a smartphone on the metro to them). Supermarkets can be found close by. As it is in the center center you will have to live with some street noise (the bedrooms face the street) - nothing my ear plugs couldn't handle. The keys and the opening of the door of the apartment and the gate downstairs are a bit tricky at the beginning - ask the host Christian to show you how it is done; he's very helpful and will surely explain!

Guests can order room service or relax in the onsite hot tub. I loved my stay for my solo ski trip. The hard working and kind staff made it the most comfortable stay. I particularly loved skiing back to the chalet in the afternoons after a day skiing, to be welcomed at the chalet with drinks for the sunset and three course dinner that followed. Will certainly return
