The location is great, two blocks from the main Bernardo O'Higgins Avenue. Furthermore, we were able to park our car in the parking lot inside the inn for greater security, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was good, we had no problems with noise from neighboring rooms, and communication with the inn via WhatsApp and Booking was effective.

This hotel was excellent. The staff were super-helpful. For example, we needed to leave at 5:30am so they provided us a substantial packed breakfast to-go. There is complementary coffee and water all day. They kindly allowed us to leave the car in their car park all day while we were gone on a volcano hike - even though we were checked out already. They also allowed us to leave food in the fridge and use the restaurant tables when we got back. They were so helpful in every way. The location is also excellent - right in the centre of the town - near the tour agencies, restaurants, bars, shops. Overall, top class ! Finally, the cost was amazing value for money.
