This beautiful old building is a treasure hidden up a quiet narrow street close to the Piazza Grande. There is a gracious hospitality offered by the owner, with beautifully presented table service at breakfast. We loved our stay at this hotel.

El Piccolo Hotel goza de una ubicación tranquila, a 8 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Locarno y del centro de la ciudad. Has more of a Bed and Breakfast vibe than that of a hotel, but truly excellent! Will definitely come back! A small hint: if you ask on the previous day they will give you a breakfast with more limited options already from 7:30 am (instead of the regular 8:00 am)

The Romantik Hotel Castello Seeschloss is located on the lake-side promenade of Ascona, 300 metres from the centre. It offers historic-style rooms and free internet access. Absolutely perfect. If you want to feel welcomed and relaxed- that’s the place. The receptionist was really nice, the room was clean and comfortable. The pool, the garden, the restaurant all perfect. I highly recommend.
