Ubicación excepcional, frente al lago y en pleno centro. La habitación estaba recién renovada, muy nueva y limpia. El personal era muy amable. Nada ruidoso. Desayuno completo y excelente. Muy buena terraza en la parte superior con vistas al lago. Opción de dejar el equipaje antes del check in y después del check out. Incluido el Ticino ticket (ticket de transporte) en la estancia.

Located 800 metres from the Lugano Exhibition Centre and 1 km from the lake, Hotel City Lugano is a modern, non-smoking building with stylish and air-conditioned rooms. Highly recommended from staff to facility. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room is clean and nice. Would probably stay here again when we come back.

Benvenuti all'Hotel Gabbani, un'oasi di comfort e design situata nel cuore di Lugano, a Piazza Cioccaro. Beautiful place in the middle of the old town. Very friendly staff, great bathroom and delicious breakfast. Excellent restaurant. The stay came with entry coupons for an exclusive club and discount vouchers for their shop.
