Cómodo, limpio, camas y almohadas cómodas, bien calefaccionado. Ducha excelente. Brinda la posibilidad de disponer de agua caliente y té en cualquier momento del día. Tiene servicio de laundry que resulta muy práctico (se compran fichas y uno puede lavar y secar su propia ropa). Buen desayuno. Excelente atención del personal. Está a 15 cuadras de la estación de tren (Interlaken OST) y a 12 de Interlaken West.

I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Todo perfecto y muy acorde con la calidad de Hotel. Muy recomendable

Las vistas desde el apartamento, la ubicación frente al río lo hace un lugar perfecto para relajarse.

Este hotel de propiedad familiar está situado en una zona tranquila de Interlaken, a 200 metros de la estación Interlaken West. Ofrece WiFi y aparcamiento gratuitos. El personal muy amable y hablaban español, super atentos en cada momento, la ubicación está excelente, cerca de todo y la habitación tal cúal como se muestra en las fotos, sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahi.

La ubicación, el personal muy amable, están en todos los detalles y atentos a lo que uno pueda necesitar. Tienen una heladera para guardar comida y café y té sin costo todo el día. Volvería

El pequeño Hotel Lötschberg goza de una ubicación tranquila en el centro de Interlaken, a solo 3 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Interlaken West. Un hotel en donde te sientes bien a gusto. Con pequeños gestos de todo el personal, hacen la diferencia. Se preocupan por el huesped.
