The communication with the reception was smooth and friendly — they were always ready to help and gave us great tips about the city. The location is perfect: peaceful, yet close to the city center and main attractions like Ver-o-Peso and Estação das Docas. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly (very important in Belém!), and the bed was super comfortable. What made our stay extra special was the warm and homely atmosphere of the hotel. It truly felt like a home away from home.
