Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. My wife and I recently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel in Bansko, and while most of the experience was exceptional, there were a couple of things worth noting. First, the breakfast was outstanding—easily a 10/10. The egg station was a standout, with fresh and perfectly prepared dishes each morning. The variety and quality were excellent. We were served by Darko during dinner, and he was truly exceptional. His wine recommendations were spot-on, and he made our dining experience special. Props to him for his impeccable service. The reception was welcoming and efficient, and the pool area was fantastic—well-maintained and the perfect spot to relax. However, one thing that bothered us was the lack of enforcement of the restaurant’s dress code. While there is a policy in place, we noticed people dining in shorts, and worse, some were even blowing their noses at the tables, but everything else was exceptional.

El Garmen Hills está situado en una zona tranquila de Garmen y ofrece un alojamiento acogedor con pileta de temporada al aire libre de acceso gratuito y conexión de wifi gratis. We stayed in the room Acacia. We really enjoyed the large living room with the fire place. Despite the fact the house is so big it was always warm and comfortable. We really liked the food provided by the hotel. The garden is amazing for kids with many activities for them to play. We are looking forward to going back there this summer
