Very good location, nice staff and nice rooms. The hotel is very close to the old town but far sway enough so there is no noise from the busy streets in the evening.

Very nice hotel right across the river from the old city. The staff is outstanding and always there with a kind word and help as needed. The room was comfortable and the shower was great. The breakfast is amazing with lots of choices each day. From our balcony we could see the lantern boats each night. The shuttle to the private beach was nice and having the sun loungers there was a nice way to spend an afternoon. All in all a great place to stay and see the old town.

Clean, big rooms with good value for money. Very green, cute group of houses. There are plants and bonsais everywhere so the outside area is nice to just be around. And the staff was helpful, they organized bikes for us, and were efficient with respect to the laundry service which we needed.

Spotless clean and perfectly maintained. 15 minutes walk from backpacker central downtown so quiet but convenient. Comfortable bed, clean pool, absolutely lovely and helpful host family. Nice breakfast and a tidy superette on premise. Top marks.100% recommend.

I like the hospitality of the staff and the facilities are exceptional, the pool is beautiful and clean. They also offer a bike for the day and i love it. Driving around + going to Hoi An is within 10min.
