We stayed there for 5 nights. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Lisa. She looked after us very well from the beginning to the end of our journey and arranged very memorable itinerary trip for us. Breakfast was superb.The hotel is clean, comfortable bed and specious and handy to everywhere. They also offer money exchange with good rate. The SPA was very relaxing. We highly recommend this hotel. We definitely will be back.

I recently stayed at the Hanoi Media Hotel and I must say that my experience was fantastic. The staff, especially Jason, made me feel welcomed as if I was part of their family. Jasons’ team was very accommodating and always went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One afternoon, Jason's team hospitality extended even further when they invited me for some beers in the lobby. It was a great opportunity to chat with them and get to know more about the hotel and the local area. It was a small gesture, but it made me feel even more at home during my stay. In addition Luong and Tracy were also amazing hosts. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Overall, the Hanoi Media Hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Hanoi. The staff truly made my experience memorable and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. From the kind staff to its location, its facilities and it’s exceptional breakfast. Also they allow you to check out at 2pm which was really helpful for us as we were with two kids. Additionally it’s worth booking your tours with the hotel tour section. We booked a premium cruise for 4 to Halong Bay for only 96 dollars with a limousine bus included. When we contacted the actual cruise it was 130 dollars for each person. You will be saving a lot of money if you book cruises and tours with the hotel.

Great 5 star hotel in Old Town Hanoi Very comfortable hotel. Fantastic breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the restaurant. Staff is excellent and very friendly. The rooftop has great drinks and amazing views. The location is perfect and close to all the action!

My experience at this hotel was wonderful. I stayed here on three different occasions during my tour. The hotel is located in a very convenient spot in the Old Quarter area, close to Hoan Kiem Lake, the Water Puppet Theatre, and the bustling tourist district. There are plenty of food options nearby, including Indian cuisine. The hotel rooms are spacious and cozy, with well-maintained bathrooms. The breakfast spread is adequate and offers a good variety. A special mention goes to the staff, who are extremely polite and helpful, particularly Mr. Jimmy and Ms. Jenny, who assisted us with all our needs. Having traveled to many countries, I found my experience with them to be unique. They even upgraded our reservations on all three occasions. The airport drop-off and pickup services were also seamless. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Hanoi.

The staff was very friendly and they let us take an extra shower twice. Once in the evening before a night train to our next destination and once while we weren't even technically staying at the hotel anymore (before going on a 2-day trip).
