The staff were just so helpful and friendly! They even WhatsApp me before my stay to ensure that my trip would be just perfect!! I got a room upgrade and extended check out! The breakfast was also excellent with many options and also freshly cooked options! I can highly recommend this hotel! The staff are great and the standard of the rooms is high!

Minerva Church Hotel is very well located a few minutes walk from the lake. The best thing about this hotel is the lovely staff, everyone we met was so friendly. We stayed 2 nights and then went to Halong Bay for 2 nights, they kept all our luggage safely for us and when we returned for a further night they upgraded us to a small suite. The reception staff are particularly helpful, recommended restaurants, and also organised a private car to take us to the airport at an extremely good rate. They also have a lovely spa onsite and their breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The location is perfect, 3 minutes walk to the lake and in the heart of the city center. The staff is incredibly sweet and friendly and made us feel very welcome and taken care of from begin to finish. The roof top bar is an extra nice touch! We would come back again 😊
