I left the Grande for Phu Quoc island after staying for two days. When I came back, there was a 12 hours window before my flight back to home. I don’t want to spend 12 hours at the airport so I decided to go back to Grande as I have became familiar with the area and they have very good spa and shopping places surrounded. I was planning to drop off my luggages at the airport storage place but later realized it will take at least 30 minutes as the storage place is at different terminal and I have to go through security. I don’t want the taxi driver wait too long, so I took all my luggages went to Grande. They greeted me without surprise. They not only allowed me to drop off the luggages at the front desk, they even offered me a room to take a shower. There is not enough words for me to express how grateful I am. But for sure Grande will my base whenever I visit back to Hanoi! By the way, breakfast in Grande is the best. Everything is so tasty. I wake up early everyday and looking forward to the breakfast. There actually a lot of restaurants nearby outside the hotel but Grande’s breakfast is unbeatable. The spa is also outstanding! Andy also helped me booked a tour when I made a last minute decision at the night before the tour day. He carefully verified my interests and quickly got my tour booked at a discounted price!

Very nice hotel in old town. The room was big and clean and smelled very nice. Beds were big and soft to our liking. We had a family suite with balcony, and could walk to every site in Ha Noi. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They helped us book tour to Ha Long Bay and after that the bus round trip to Sapa. We are so pleased with everything, that we are staying an extra night when we are returning to Ha Noi for our flight to Da Nang.
