Pre-Trip: George was so helpful with the area and needs that we had. I was sad that he was off work when we got there. Arrival day: Junior was so very nice after a horrible trip and the airport losing our luggage. he kept us up to date on its arrival and was such a sweet heart.

To begin with. A great hotel with amazing room and excellent breakfast. The staffs were very very polite. The service in the hotel proved that it was a great stay. Too bad we could stay only for 2 nights. Amazing Restaurant and their staffs as well.

Staff was friendly and helpful (took care of a plumbing issue at 10:30 pm). Restaurant was great for breakfast. Quiet area but good access to restaurants, public transit.

Beautiful room, spacious and spotlessly clean. Helpful staff. Used the hotel bikes for a morning - fabulous option , gave the resort fee more validity. Location was fabulous, look out for the Farmers Markets on Sundays at Dupont Circle.

The location was great—quiet but still close enough to things. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits and nice variety. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room felt spacious, luxurious and comfortable. We felt very relaxed and didn’t want to leave!

The hotel is gorgeous and has a perfect location! We could walk to the Chinese embassy for our visas. The check in process was smooth and the staff was exceptional. I loved everything about our stay.
