We loved every single moment we stayed there. They did us a free upgrade to a 2 bedrooms villa and all the amenities and services were perfect! We have been so lucky to stay there for 1 week. Thank you!

The bunk was so spacious. It was like having a little room curtained off to yourself with a small closet and floor space within your curtained bunk to keep your things. The best bunk space I've had in a hostel. I liked the common areas with hammocks and desks where you can do work. There's an exercise area with simple equipment and space for yoga. The toast and coffee were a nice touch too. It was away from all the loud chaos of ao nang, but close enough to walk over if you're seeking it. Good food nearby too!

Amazing value for the price! Big room, clean and everything you need is there. You have privacy, a beautiful pool, comfortable big bed, a very good air-conditioning system, amenities, a humongous shower, nice towels, beautiful hotel that is well maintained. There is also a restaurant and common area to enjoy. For the location; It is a bit further away from the beach so I would recommend renting a scooter to get around. It takes about 5 to 10m to get to Ao Nang beach area with all the restaurans, bars, shops,.. (just make sure you don't park in a red zone!) The hotel partners with Mr Kord scooters which are very honest and accommodating, so I would definitely recommend to do that as tuktuks can be a bit dicey and grabs are vary rare to find. But to save the best for last.. The staff is really exceptional. They have been so very kind, helpful and hard working to make sure I (and other guests) had everything needed and much more. Always with a smile and flexibility to accomodate. They would never save any effort to make sure everything was done quickly and efficiently. Very well organised and very friendly to say the least. I would like to thank Molly in particular, she is one of a kind and is truly a huge asset to the hotel experience. I ended up coming back for a few more nights 2 days after checking out because I felt so at home, mainly thanks to her and the rest of the staff. Thank you so much!!! If I ever visit the area again I will not hesitate and definitely stay here again.

This hotel looks like it was taken from a movie scene. If you're looking for partying, night clubs and buzz with friends, don't come here, as there is nothing to do after 10pm. But if you're looking for some peace, quiet, meditation, relaxation, 10/10 this is the place to come to. Framed by tropical forest, on one side, and by a paradisiac beach on the other, you feel immersed in some sort of Blue Lagoon movie. The hotel is small sized, not many rooms which allows the perfect conditions for a restful and peaceful stay. The breakfast is served in a gorgeous restaurant on the beach where you can contemplate the sea with the scenic longtail boat. When I thought this would only be result of photoshoped pictures, this hotel just proved me wrong. Cleanliness is of the highest standards. The room is gorgeous, super comfy and the bed is amazing. There is free Nespresso coffee in the room (important, as it's not so common in Asia). If you like asian (and in particular thai) food, you must try the hotel restaurants. Food is superb, delicious and (despite no being cheap according to Thailand standards) it is still cheap as per european standards. There is also italian restaurant with very good pasta, risotto and pizzas (surprisingly). Finally, and most important of all, the service is truly 5 stars. All the staff is so delicate, so kind, so humble. They will always stop what they are doing to say hello as you pass by and they will do anything to solve any query you have. On our particular case, we had a big issue upon arrival in the airport, where we were left with no taxi and no option to come to the hotel, at night (as Krabi goes to sleep at 10pm) and Tubkaak managed to get us a taxi in 20min. To the hotel: never cease to provide highest standards of service. Summary: I've been to many 5 stars hotels but this is definitely the best hotel and best holidays I've ever had in my life. Strongly recommend.

We've got a very good price at last minute! Booked 3 deluxe rooms with pool view and the rooms were vey big. 2 were connecting, all rooms have KS bed and plenty of space. Shower is separated from bathtub and water pressure was great. Housekeeping can be done everyday if desired, the hotel facilities are of a 4* category. The pool is huge with a pool bar, towels are provided that you can bring to the beach. There's a pool table and Starbucks counter in the lobby. Location wise, it's excellent; 10min walk to Aonang beach for longtail boats, but only 2min from longtail boat drop-off at the end of the trip. Also.10min walk to Aonang Landmark Night Market, a must for street food lovers. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book here again in the future.
