This place feels like an oasis. It's surprisingly calm once you enter the garden of the property, especially as it's located on a main road. It's easy to walk to the Fisherman's market and the beach, and there's off-street parking if you hire a car or moped. I was travelling by public transport and on foot. The gate is locked at night and I felt very safe inside the property grounds and in the neighbourhood. Hospitality: I arrived early, just as there was a heavy downpour. I made myself comfortable in the reception area and accidentally fell asleep on the sofa after an exhausting trip. Mimi kindly woke me up with a fresh coconut to drink from, which was incredibly refreshing and I was so grateful for the wonderful hospitality. Room: The room was spectacular and the bathroom was huge. Everything was incredibly clean and I couldn't have wished for a more comfortable stay. There was a mini fridge in my room, where I kept some snacks, and I was given small bottles of water each day. Pool: The pool is small but it was very refreshing and I was able to swim a little but I would say it's more for bathing than exercise. There were comfortable sun loungers and the pool area is quiet and calm. Restaurant: I didn't try the restaurant on the property because I had a few local restaurants I wanted to check out, but the menu looked enticing. There is no breakfast at this property, it's more like self-catering with a restaurant option. However, there is a great café on the corner of the street. I was contacted by Mimi from the property in advance of my stay to warn me of a local festival that would be happening during my stay, which would be very noisy. I appreciated the warning as it was very loud.

The Staff are all very friendly and helpful (my Nike shoe sole was 'open' and the staff managed to get for me a super glue to fix my shoes issues). The bathtub is huge and come with a burning oil for aromatherapy! The room is spacious with 2 balcony!

The place had charm. It was rough around edges but it really is a beautiful place for a family who done fuss about the small details. The staff and the manager Home was very kind and made our stay fantastic. When I come back to ko samui I would absolutely come back

Excellent resort with all services available in your own privacy, exceptional staff led by Kate and entire team. Private chef romantic dinner arranged in hours, a very special treat and delightful experience. Our private villa was a true cocoon surrounded by lush tropical landscaped gardens. Great location, has 7 11 right next door, has good restaurants walking distance and it’s walking distance to Ark bar and other night life but also in a quiet place so it’s a wonderful location. The hostess Jida is wonderful, friendly, and keeps her place spotless! The bungalow room we got was super clean and quiet! They give bikes on rent without any hassle and just very warm and friendly! Will surely recommend and return! Thanks jida!
