The friendliness of the staff was exceptional from the moment we walked in the door, and we were able to check out late without the additional fee. The gym at the hotel was also one of the best I have experienced! Treadmills, ellipse, loads of weights and machines. The breakfast spread was excellent with so many different options, and the location was perfect for the purpose of my stay.

It is a kind of empty phrase to state that the staff was friendly and did it best to help, because there are places where even with the best intentions of the staff the service remains poor. Not here. Already the standard service offered was excellent, and the staff not only tried to help, but actually did. The additional services, such as early check-in and the like, meant immense increase in comfort in the given situation.

The hotel staff is wonderful. They listened to all requests and fulfilled all wishes. The hotel itself is very beautiful, full of art pieces, and the breakfast is excellent. I would like to thank you for the music that was playing in the restaurant - it's pleasant to the ear and creates a very good atmosphere. I know I will come back here again.

The room is spacious and cosy :). All the staff is super nice and always helpful. They all have positive and friendly vibes. The hotel is situated on the Djugården Island and so many museums are reachable by foot. Public transportation is also either in front of the hotel or few minutes walk away. We will come back for sure!
