Large dining room, a large selection of dishes for breakfast, in the evening the dining room turns into a restaurant, reasonable prices. Large and clean rooms, free parking on site. I can't recommend this place enough. The staff are what make it special, they made every allowance and more for us to make us feel welcome, they were fantastic from start to finish. We arrived at the airport at 3:30am and Adrian came and picked us up, which I was surprised at because it was such a horrible time of the night to arrive. Both Adrian and his wife gave us advice about what to see and do while in Cluj and also facilitated us getting a rental car (which was good quality and a very reasonable price). The breakfast was really good too, it carried us all the way until tea in the evening each day. The room was a good size, was always spotlessly clean when we returned later in the day and the facilties were as good as you could want for the price we paid. All in all, if we came back to Cluj, we'd 100% recommend this place.
