The location was good, short walking distance to Piotrkowska Street which had lots of shops and restaurants, the hotel was comfortable, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good and parking convenient. We were only in town one night, but that short stay was made better because of our comfortable accommodations.

Firstly, the receptionist was absolutely amazing—helpful, friendly, and informative. The room was spacious enough, clean, with fresh towels and a comfortable bed. Additionally, there was a kitchen with tea and coffee, and in the morning, you could grab a small bite for breakfast—amazing! The location was just a five-minute walk from the main train station.

I loved staying in this hotel, most of the staff is very nice but like sometimes one staff member had trouble with gays (night shift security) but part from him everyone are super friendly. Rooms are very clean and food in the is something to die for however don’t worry you will not over eat because portions are more for children then grownups nevertheless services was 11 out of 10 Maria who maid our stay so welcome with her professionalism and kindness.

Very comfortable room and excellent service. The staff was very friendly and helped me leave my luggage at the hotel on the day I checked out and also book a train ticket.     The best breakfast I have ever ate in a hotel, anywhere. Not only the wide choice, selection for any type and style of breakfast, but also how nicely the food was arranged. Great interior design of the hotel. Amazing swimming pool with the views. Lovely location, right next to loads of restaurants, bars and activities.
