We had a great stay at Palais des Princesses. The architecture of the riad is beautiful, with interior patio decorated with moroccan details and plants/small trees. The rooms are cosy, big enough, with beautiful windows. The breakfast is tasty, and the breakfast atmoshpere is always enlightened by the fairytale music played in the background. The riad has plenty of facilities- from spa, special requests like a certain type of tea or food, and a service call for taxi drivers. The staff is extremely polite, friendly, and they really introduce you to the moroccan vibe as you arrive at the riad. I have celebrated there my 30th anniversary and I have received a beautiful surprise with their help, which I will never ever forget! I really appreciated their implication and the real joy on their faces when they surprised me! The moroccan spirit speaks up for every corner of the riad, and for every person from the staff! Also, the cute cats of the riad light up your morning- we have especially become attached to a certain cat which was always with us when we spent time in the patio or on the terrasse. We will come back for sure!!!!

Beautifully furnished, comfortable mattress, great location but most of all the wonderful staff who were extraordinarily attentive, even remembered what food I liked and when. Arraigned for rides and walked me and my luggage back and forth to the car park.

Incredible experience! Great attention to detail and exceptional service. Restaurant in the hotel is also really really good!     This is a stunningly beautiful hotel. The furnishings are of the highest quality and the interior design is flawless. We took a one bed villa with private pool for 3 nights. Unfortunately the pool was cloudy, but the hotel upgraded us to the royal villa which more than compensated for the inconvenience. The staff were understanding and enabled us to stay somewhere we could never have afforded! The Royal Villa is vast and beautifully appointed. The pool is ice cold and very refreshing on a hot day. We lushed in luxury!
