This hotel is a gem. Very nice hotel area, little noise and traffic outside and the rooms are silent. I can only recommend a stay here. The city xentre is about 1.7km away and that is brilliant, becaude it ensures sleep.

My son and I were warmly welcomed and felt immediately at home in H.S.H. The staff really make this hotel exceptional. We felt they deftly anticipated everything and advised and basically made sure we were happy and tailored our stay so well. The place is so relaxed and thoughtfully set up, everything and all the staff worked so well to ensure we had a perfect stay. The rooms and general space and amenities are wonderful, the planting, the lighting, the design touches, refreshing cooled salt water pools, in room steam rooms and spa are a bonus to what is a remarkable place. The size of the hotel is small-medium which means it’s never overly busy and maintains a gentle relaxing mood, even during the happy mayhem of 3 days of new year festivities when it was full. I can’t thank all of the team enough for making our stay so special and memorable but also wanted to personally thank Mr Nhong general manager, Long, Duong and Mike front of house par excellence, and the dynamic duo of Tola and Socheat, but actually everyone we met and did not who work so hard to make this a fabulous and memorable place to stay.

When we arrived at the hotel, the super friendly staff welcomed us and let us know they had upgraded our room due to our long stay – such a nice surprise! The room was spacious, really clean, and beautifully designed – it had everything we needed and more. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the staff. Every single person we met – from the driver that picked us up at the airport, the receptionists, to the waiters and housekeeping – was so kind, helpful, and genuinely warm. They were always smiling, always ready to help, and always up for a friendly chat. You could really tell they loved what they were doing and took pride in making guests feel welcome. We felt so well looked after throughout the entire stay, and their kindness made a big impression on us. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a great buffet and à la carte options – and every meal we had at the restaurant was top-notch. The hotel’s location is also great, just a short walk from the main streets of Siem Reap, so it was easy to get around. One of our favorite parts of the day was coming back to the pool after a morning of exploring the temples. It was the perfect midday break – peaceful and relaxing in beautiful surroundings. It also happened to be my boyfriend’s birthday while we were there, and the staff made it really special with a birthday card, lotus flowers, and even a birthday song. It meant a lot to both of us. Honestly, we can’t say enough good things about Shinta Mani – we loved every minute of it so much that we extended our stay, and are already planning our next visit!

This place is absolutely delightful! Beautiful place, great pool, excellent staff, delicious breakfast, makes you feel in heaven. Everything works smooth and perfect. From the pool service, to the comfy breakfast you take to the Angkor Wat at 5am, or even the useful pick up/drop off service. Again, great staff. It’s a small paradise, for sure we would come back. By the way Camboja is a great country ❤️
