When we first arrived we had a small issue with the bathroom but in 5 min, very nice lady (I think Farida) upgraded us to a wonderful bedroom with sauna and jacuzzi. All the personnel were very nice and speak French.

Everything was perfectly orchestrated. The staff were exceptionally attentive and courteous and welcoming and made you feel special at every interaction. The place was charming ,peaceful , renovated with class and attention to detail and maintained spotlessly. Lastly the restaurant was excellent. The two dishes I had were outstanding and adapted to my dietary needs with little effort, its location, close to Milan makes it a perfect stop.
