Very good location and helpful personel. It was also possible to book a trip to Vesuvio from the hotel.

The staff were amazing and were so helpful. The breakfast was lovely and the option to eat in side or in the little garden was lovely. We were close enough to walk to the train and the ruins. Everything was just perfect! I will recommend this to everyone.

Perfect position to visit the ruins . Parking was easy and free. We had amazing meals in their restaurant . The serving staff we wonderful . Breakfast was perfect in such a wonderful location . 10/10 to the Hotel Forum it was the perfect 2 nights .

Outstanding staff!! Beautiful location, central, perfect for what we were looking for. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the reception and bar staff. I'll elaborate later in this review. Castellammare di Stabia is less of a touristy area, something we prefer. It felt like real Italy. The surrounding area isn't 5 star however the hotel is in my opinion. I could have easily spent a week here no problem! All of the facilities are first class providing a wonderful stay. Wish I had longer there. The room and bathroom were huge ! Comfortable beds, beautiful view on the bay. Stunning hotel overll. The beach isn't the big attraction there, so don't have big expectations. The main promenade is right there and is a fun area to sit and people watch. I loved watching the families out and about on a late Sunday evening. My dad and I spent longer at Pompeii than we intended (this was our checkout day). The hotel allowed us to store our luggage for the day in a safe area behind the desk. (a separate room). We were too late arriving back to take the SITA bus to Praiano, so they made phone calls for us to arrange a taxi, the same one we used to get there (Travelex). We needed to stay another couple hours until our driver could come. The hotel staff made us feel safe and welcome and didn't rush us out the door. They kept our luggage while we went out for dinner. We also enjoyed a glass of wine in the lounge area overlooking the beach. We ended up leaving at 7:30 pm. I think the guy's name was Luigi? Anyways, bravo to all of you who worked that evening! I hope to visit again.
