The hotel was a old Toscanian Villa, in a beautiful location - olive trees and wineyard all around. The hotel had their own wine and olive oil. The structure in general was so beautiful. Rooms were audentical, but renovated in a very nice way. Our room was so big (3 rooms). The products in the bathroom were also very good - local production. Breakfast was good with local products. Staff (Cristina) and the owner were really nice, also the dog Bo :)

Everything was amazing, the location is incredible set back away from the road, exceptional views. The peace and quite is just what we needed. Emanuele the host was fantastic, very friendly and welcoming, had great recommendations on where to visit in the area and even suggested places to eat. The breakfast is traditionally Italian with fresh pastries and meats etc. I can’t wait to come back.

Everything great. I chose this place, because I need not be in the centre of the city. Having a car, I am mobile. So, I have the option of chossing a cheaper accomodation outside city centre.

Location was perfect. You are in a middle of city centre. The apartament is very charming and cosy. Everything was very clean. Shared are is very pretty and you can feel a historial atmosphere in a building. Arezzo is an amazing city i truly reccomend!

Staff very friendly, proactive and flexible, specially Marco, the manager. Beautiful and well maintained premises. Delicious breakfast. Relaxing swimming pool. Good barbecue area beside the pool. Many kitchen appliances. Close to supermarkets, to Montepulciano wine region and to Arezzo city centre by car.

We particularly loved the beautiful view of the historic center from our window and the soothing sound of the river while falling asleep. The room had the most comfortable bed and a very nice bathroom.
