My husband and I loved all the small details that Roy had. Firstly, the house was beautifully done, the rooms were incredibly clean and tidy, the beds are gorgeously authentic. the small details in the bathroom with extended toiletries of not only shampoos, conditioner and body lotion, but also toothpaste and tooth brushes!! although we had our own and did not use them, it was incredible how well these rooms were done. the beauty is in the attention to the small details. the breakfast was great as well. Sharon, his wife served us a yummy banana bread and some tasty food in the morning. Roy knew his area so well. he sat us down and gave us amazing recommendations of places to go and eat. overall, i cannot thank them enough for the lovely stay, although our stay was short, i would come again and i would recommend Abrigo De Botelho! :)

The service is 6/5. They made us feel very welcome. At Vivanta, you feel like a very special guest. Whatever you need, just ring the 24/7 reception, and it will be in your room within a minute. The team promptly arranged taxis at the last minute - the hotel cab was available for us at all times, and has saved us a lot of worries dealing with the local taxis. The driver has been very kind, and accompanied us on our adventures around Goa. They also gave us some advice on visiting local beaches, exchanged currency directly in the hotel, and made sure we have everything we need. We also got a room with an amazing jungle view.

The staff in the reception and breakfast room manager were efficient and friendly, and spoke excellent English. The complimentart breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The spacious bedroom with the 4 poster bed was very comfy and spotlessly clean. The gallery of the hotel was interesting with some exceptional art work. The location of the hotel suited us perfectly for exploring the Latin Quarter. The hotel management were very accomodating in allowing us to leave our suitcase prior to booking in, and also after booking out. This was much appreciated. If we come to stay in Panjim again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.
