The room was wide, lot of spacious with a large bathroom. Breakfast was prepared in front of our eyes in an open space and was delicious. It was a decent meal. Villa Brown in the Greek Colony is one of the most beautiful places to stay in in Jerusalem. In the heart of a quiet neighborhood and close to central locations within walking distance, it is charming, with and inviting lobby and extraordinary service. I especially want to praise Suheir who was patient, efficient, and one of the only women I have met who is able to do 10 tasks at once. Thank you for the perfect hospitality for us and our families. In the heart of Jerusalem, the YMCA Three Arches Hotel probably has the best location in town. Opposite the famous King David Hotel, it is a 10-minute walk from the Old City.

I have had the opportunity to travel in many places, but I do not remember encountering such great staff like this hotel has. From the security persons, to the reception and the restaurant, they were all genuinely warm and helpful. The hotel looks so good and we particularly appreciated the comfortable beds after a full day of walking in the city. The position is also one of the strengths, as all touristic attraction of Jerusalim are in walking distance from it.

Feels like a family run hotel rather then a hotel chain. Excelent location next to the city center and the tram. Complemetry diary refreshment with wine, salads, soup and more. Nice breakfast. Very plesent hotel staff. We came with a dog and the hotel was very accomodating and provided bed for the dog.
