The friendly and attentive staff. Welcoming drink was champagne. We had a stench issue with the room that we booked and we were immediately upgraded to a suite, an initiative from the hotel ! Thank you Rixos. The indoor pool and spa facilities for guests were amazing. Breakfast was superb.

For stays longer than 1 night, there is a possibility that the hotel might transfer you to another room.

Our room overlooked the sea. It was our 40th wedding anniversary. The lady at the front desk made a dinner reservation at at top notch restaurant Posat. She also sent champagne and chocolates to our room. Her generosity made our stay.

Ideal location in the middle of the old town. Roomy, comfortable, quiet at night. Our host Marko was friendly and always available for advice. Fabulous restaurant downstairs - Taj Mahal, excellent Bosnian food.

Modern, clean and spatious apartment located on the hill side on north outskirts of Dubrovnik (easy 20-min bus connection to the town center). Seaside view, quiet place, few people and well-equiped appartment, dishwasher, waching machine and stable wi-fi included as well as free parking. Firstly the staff were so lovely. So friendly and couldn't do enough for us. They made us feel so welcome. The hotel is stunningly furnished, exclusive but not formal and spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Breakfast is served in the courtyard and the choice is amazing and all the food is of the highest quality. The swimming pool is gorgeous with the most comfy sun beds I have ever used.

The location of the hotel changed an incredible experience into an unforgettable one. Bells serenaded us in the morning and we were only a few minutes walk from both main gates. The staff felt like friends from the start and did everything humanly possible to help us. Amazing people. Fabulous place.
