Nice 4 star hotel. Price is good for a family room. Nice view of the sea and quiet. Clean room. Has shuttle facilities to MRT which is 10 mins ride. From this MRT, it takes 25 mins ride to Tsim Tsa Tsui. Has 2 beaches nearby walking distance . Good place to relax .

The location was exceptional being connected to the Elements Mall and being a walking distance from the train stations

Great location, shopping and eating is very convenient, very quiet at night for rest and sleep. The curtain is especially good. I rarely visit this district and found my stay great fun. Highly recommend for tourists to experience authentic HK culture.

Correspondence from hotel before trip on how to get to hotel etc was fast and accurate. I caught the A10 bus from the airport. It stopped at the bustop and I only had to cross the road, go past the bakery and there was the entrance to the hotel. On seeing me the doors were opened and I was assisted with my luggage up the escalator to reception. I was immediately checked in and everything was explained to me. I had booked a Harbour view Club room with buffet breakfast. My room was on the 26th floor with a marvelous view. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a water filter to fill up your water bottle. There were tea and coffee facilities and a bar fridge. An iron and ironing board, very comfortable slippers. Good quality shower gel, shampoo conditioner and good shower pressure. A complimentary bamboo toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap etc. A most comfortable bed with crisp white linnen and air-conditioning. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. The club lounge was comfortable food and drinks were provided from 17h30 till about 19h30. The pool was refreshing but closed at 19h00. A lovely view from the pool and club room. On departure my luggage was stored as I had a very late flight and I had access to the club lounge to wait comfortably. The service from all staff was exceptional. A taxi was arranged to take me to the airport. Reception arranged my 2 day hop on off bus trip. I even got a special rate. I did buy an octopus card at the airport. I used the MTR a lot and the B2station is just across the road from the hotel. Overall an excellent stay.

the staff is so friendly especially the manager i think her name is allba was soo nice and makes us feel at home she helped us alot, i can't thanks her enough but sure i will come back again🙂

Location is perfect for public transport and especially subway with Mongkok station. At the same time, the hotel is located in a very lively area of Kowloon that remains the heart biting of Hong Kong residents. The facilities of the hotel are excellent and the staff is continuously providing attentive care to the guests. Always a pleasure to stay there and never disappoint over the last 10 years.

The staff were amazing! Unbelievably helpful when I lost my reading glasses. The property was in a good location, clean and comfortable.

Everything is just fine except the two sitting stools are a bit heavy n easy to hit my legs. Besides that everything is PERFECT and very considerate!!!
