Quality and professionalism of staff. We arrived unavoidably late but restaurant and kitchens remained open for us thereby earning our eternal gratitude for rescuing what could have been a disastrous evening. Evening meal was very good for all in our small group. Wine list interesting and young Portugese wine offered most pleasant. Accommodation and environment very good. Breakfast excellent and I would certainly recommend this establishment.

Rooms were lovely and comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and very clean. Breakfast was lovely - we are vegan but there were lots of different options we really enjoyed trying. The breakfast staff were really friendly and helpful. I hope to visit again soon!

The hotel and restaurant is in a beautiful location. It is so well kept and has fantastic amenities that it exceeds three stars by far. The rooms are super spacious, beautiful with a lot of details and very clean as well as quiet. The whole hotel is well kept. There is free parking in the back, one can walk around Tewksbury easily. Nisha and Carol were amazing. I left my charger and they will send it to me to London. The restaurant and its food is really tasty and price wise in good relation.
