Beautiful place to stay, facilities and grounds were fantastic. Disappointed with the dinner, long wait to order then a long wait for food to arrive to be told they had none. Staff sorted it but disappointed with the communication between staff.

The staff was very well coming and attentive. They even upgraded our room. The most surprising and pleasant thing was when we got champagne with a cake in the room. We were so moved and excited . The setting and hotel design is quite special, with beautiful gardens left natural and surrounded by trees which add to a lovely atmostphere. We liked the décor details and the overall feel is charming. The pool is excellent with gorgeous views of the gardens. It's a perfect location for a visit to Marwell zoo.
